Moderation protocol
This document defines the criteria and conduct that govern the work of Cuidado Amiga moderators. It must be read before requesting access.
Criteria for publishing a case
- It must have at least one verifiable public source: a news article, an official report, or a recognized organization.
- Cases without a name or without a confirmed date are not published.
- The photo must be public — not taken from private social networks.
What is never published
- Information about minors.
- The exact address of the victim's home or family.
- Information that could put family members or witnesses at risk.
Moderator conduct
- Confidentiality about the data they handle.
- No sharing of screenshots from the administration panel.
- Report any attempt at manipulation or external pressure.
Causes for removal as a moderator
- Publishing cases without full validation by 3 moderators.
- Leaking sensitive information.
- Prolonged inactivity without prior notice.
